Hello! Thanks for being here!
Lauren Lea is my first name (they call it a double name here in the south). I grew up surrounded by a love for flowers without even being super conscious of it. I loved to be outside, have always loved art & bold colors, and my mom and grandmother both always had gorgeous gardens. I never imagined a career in florals when I was young- I don't think I even knew it was possible.
Fast forward my time at Belmont University- I thought I was going to work in the non-profit world but I somehow found myself in entrepreneurship classes planning a flower business? Long story short I fell in love with it and have been pursuing floral design ever since 2016.
LL Floral has grown so much in the past few years and I truly feel so lucky to have found this passion. I love this job so much because it combines two of my favorite things in the world- flowers and people! Whether I’m freaking out over a perfectly imperfect bloom or goofing around with my freelancers during a stressful event week, I always find joy and beauty in this work.

Bailey
Bailey officially joined the LL Floral team in March of 2022, but has been freelancing with LL since spring of 2021. I asked her to write a blurb about herself and she said no (ugh), so I’m writing about her :)
I wanted to hire Bailey for probably 9 months before we officially sealed the deal! Bailey is truly everything I needed for my first employee. We compliment each other so well.
Bailey keeps the studio and our schedule organized, takes care of easy tasks that I avoid (whoops), and also is a wonderful designer! She loves flowers just as much as I do and we frequently talk about how much we love this job. I can’t imagine a better addition to the team honestly.
Some personal facts about Bailey:
Bailey is a swiftie. Not in the like “oh she loves Taylor Swift like everyone else” kind of way. She’s a SWIFTIE. She has a sweet dog named Annie who we love, and she has the most calm & chill demeanor which I feel so lucky to be around as both a co-worker and a friend.
She’ll make you feel at ease and makes a killer flower crown. Oh and she also spills at least one thing a day- keeps us on our toes!
We love Bailey!!
